This signature program will transform your life, attending to all aspects of your health, wellness, and overall sense of joy and fulfillment in life. Through a powerful combination of objective nutritional guidance grounded in traditional wisdom and cutting-edge science, provocative questioning, and inspiring coaching, Erin will work with you to address your specific concerns or goals related to food and movement, and everything in between. By tapping into your own inner wisdom, you will learn to cultivate the tools necessary to harness your health and discover the best possible version of yourself. During this truly unique program, you will receive the following services and support:
* Ten 50-minute sessions every other week
* e-mail support between sessions
* recipes that are delicious, nourishing to body, mind and spirit, and simple to prepare * nutrition and healthy lifestyle information, coaching and support to help you make dietary and lifestyle changes you want

Nutrition Counseling Sessions, 60 minutes, $90/session ($69 for Promise Program Members)
Do you have questions about a particular dietary theory? Are you looking to try a new way of eating? Do you find it difficult to navigate the ever-changing, often conflicting world of nutritional science and diet trends? Want to cleanse all those toxins and processed foods out of your body once and for all?* Do you just want to be happy and healthy? Erin will provide answers to your questions, provide some perspective on nutrition and how to eat healthfully, and help you discover what works for you.
Client Intake, 90 minutes, $110
All new clients must complete a health history intake with Erin to identify and discuss client needs, goals, concerns, and plans. The client will receive nutritional information and suggestions as determined appropriate during the intake.
*1-3 Day Juice Cleanse
Juice cleanses can be purchased as part of any nutritional offering. Cleansing and personal goals related to the cleanse will be discussed during a session with Erin.

What is Nutrition Coaching?
Anyone who has attempted to change something about themselves knows the process of changing is no small feat. Pair this often overwhelming notion of change with the multitudes of dietary theories constantly competing for the limelight and a lack of knowledgable support, and taking control over your health can seem like an insurmountable obstacle.
Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that can deeply improve your health and happiness. As a Holistic Health Coach, Erin considers everything that contributes to our well-being and health: what she calls “primary food” or all the things that feed and nourish our minds and spirits, like career, relationships, movement and exercise, spirituality, sleep; as well as the actual food that directly affects our physical bodies. As an informed guide, Erin listens deeply, provokes your inner wisdom with mindful questioning, and helps you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition theories to help you determine what changes are necessary for you and how you will make these lasting changes. Most importantly, she gives people the tools they need to harness and sustain their own health and wellness, a gift that will serve for a lifetime.
