So That You May Enjoy Your Time
First-time guests, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. When you arrive, stop at the front desk to check in. We ask that you be mindful of the relaxing atmosphere at The Still Point. Please turn off your cell phone before entering the spa. Children are welcome with accompanying adult supervision, however, we ask that only quiet toys be brought for entertainment.
Cancellations
When we arrange an appointment, we hope for a mutual respect for one another’s time. At The Still Point, we honor our commitment by beginning and completing your treatment promptly. We ask that you honor your commitment by being responsible for remembering your appointment date and arriving on time.
Please be mindful that The Still Point has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your booked appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount for the missed service.
